Pacific Rose Rice Sack Culottes.  High waist, wide leg pleated cropped pants with hidden side pockets.  Side zip and coconut button closure.  Elastic at back waist.  Made from rare, original 1950s-60s Pacific Rose rice sacks and a 1930s-40s "Belle" feed sack.

Handle with care ~ Hand wash cold with delicate soap white distilled vinegar and line dry.  Steam or iron.  Also dry cleanable.
